There are definitely good examples out there, but getting one in like-new condition will cost around $10k or so. Arizona seems to be the hot-spot for nice, rust-free s30's. There's one right up the street from me that I could probably get for free, but I'm not even sure it's worth the amount of work it needs, and I don't have a garage right now.
